Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms Full Payment Upfront: Clients are required to pay the full amount for social media packages upfront at the time of purchase. This policy ensures that all resources are allocated efficiently and work can commence without delay. 2. Cancellation Notice 60 Days Notice for Retainer Plans: Clients on retainer plans must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the desired termination date. This allows Prosperiam to properly wrap up ongoing projects and allocate resources accordingly. 3. Refunds Non-Refundable: Payments made for social media packages are non-refundable. However, if the client cancels the retainer plan with the required 60 days notice, services will continue until the end of the notice period, after which the contract will be terminated. 4. Early Termination by Client Insufficient Notice: If the client cancels the retainer plan without providing the required 60 days notice, the client will be liable for the payment of services for the remaining period up to 60 days from the notice date. 5. Early Termination by Prosperiam Right to Terminate: Prosperiam reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for any unused services beyond the notice period will be issued. 6. Scope Adjustments Scope Change: If the client requests significant changes to the scope of work during the retainer period, Prosperiam reserves the right to re-evaluate the terms and provide a new quote. If the revised terms are not acceptable to the client, they may opt to cancel the plan with the standard 60 days notice. 7. Service Continuity Service Delivery: Prosperiam commits to delivering high-quality social media management services throughout the duration of the retainer period. Clients are encouraged to actively engage and provide feedback to maximize the effectiveness of the service. 8. Governing Law Jurisdiction: This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
